Our established Client based in North Kent is currently seeking an ambitious and confident Senior Accountant to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
Suitable candidates must have at least three years previous experience in Practice.
As the Senior Accountant, initially you will be working in an established and rapidly expanding accounts and audit team where you will be carrying out:
• Bookkeeping tasks
• Preparing VAT returns
• Management Accounts
• Financial Statements
• Assisting with Audit testing
• Attending Client visits to work on Accounts and Audit projects
The ideal candidate will have
• At least three years’ experience working within a Practice
• AAT Qualification or studying towards ACCA or ACA
• Experience with Sage Line 50 and Sage Accounts Production Advanced
• A proactive, ambitious and energetic personality
• You will be systematic, methodical and able to think outside the box
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with evidence of good organisation skills
• A full clean driving license with use of a car
Working Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm. A competitive salary is on offer.
