Interesting Business Analyst role with a successful and expanding organisation ...
You'll be operating within a Technical department and setting up strategic dashboards for the executive committee of the Company.
You will manage their products, as well as follow-up in terms of actions generated by your analysis of the dashboards and recommendations. Working in lovely offices in the Tunbridge Wells area and reporting into a Financial Controller, this role would suit an ambitious, analytical and bright individual....
You will have the ability to cut through and manipulate a significant amount of data, which will allow the firm's Executive Committee to gain significant insights into the business.
The role involves collaboration with the Sales, Management and Technical teams to:-
• Analyse, define and formulate the business needs in order to choose performance indicators in line with all business requirements.
• Establish dashboards for the Technical, Finance and Commercial Departments usually through the drafting of a functional specification and listen to those departments to regularly refine these dashboards, generating the follow-up actions required by your analysis between the various departments concerned.
Ideally you'll be degree educated in business or engineering with at least two years experience ...(IT consulting, freelance as well as strong attention to detail with the desire to be involved in the development of these dashboards, as well as in the follow-up of all actions as a result of your recommendations, when ratified by the Executive Committee. You should have:-
• Knowledge of databases and queries (Novanet in particular)
• Good knowledge of the world of development and business projects.
• Ability to transcribe and synthesize a business demand to make it an expression of need and to establish a functional specification (CCF).
• Ability to understand and master the modelling of a project.
• A functional understanding of an application and the ability to build the tests necessary to validate the functionalities
• You'll have knowledge of project revenue mechanisms and the trades related to digital as well as first-hand experience of successful e-business project management
