Looking for a full time Hotel receptionist for my client based in the Maidstone area . This position is full time at £7.50 Per Hour. Shifts are variable so you will either be working:
Early: 7am-3pm
Late: 3pm-11pm
Mid shift: 8 hours anytime of the day e.g. (9am-5pm)
The ideal candidate will be experience in customer service and have an excellent telephone manner. As a receptionist in a large brand hotel your duties will include:
- Answering the phone and transferring to the correct staff when necessary
- Taking customer bookings
- Dealing with customer complaints and queries
- Checking customers in and out
- Taking outstanding customer payments
- Taking payments from room charges
