Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer required to replace a long serving member of staff.

Busy multi-disciplined consultancy with extensive expertise in both conventional and specialist areas of building services engineering, are looking to recruit a Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer to replace a long serving member of staff.

Involved heavily in a number of Framework agreements, the majority of their work comes from the Healthcare sector (Maternity Wards, Medical Schools, Psychiatric Wards, Medical Centres and Nursing Homes), Residential (Housing Association, high end residential) and Education (Preparatory, Arts Centres, Research Institutes and Universities).

You MUST have a proven track record of project delivery, working from project brief through to handover within a UK M&E Consultancy. You will be fully conversant with current standards and practices and have knowledge of the design of low energy buildings.

You must possess the following:
- Competent in specification design/drawing for several building types
- Sound knowledge of key Health & Safety issues and legislation
- Good understanding of UK standard/codes/regulations
- Ability to work to deadlines, establish delivery milestones and allocate work accordingly
