An exciting opportunity exists to join our market leading Rochester based client in the role of Projects Sales Administrator.

You will be a key part of the UK based sales team and will contribute to the continued success of this international business.

Reporting to the Sales Director your role will be to influence and drive project information from both internal and external sources. You will be one of the first contacts for clients and will generate leads and build relationships with clients and contractors.

Duties will include:

* Researching, identifying and recording of relevant new project data onto KMS.
* Liaising with both the internal and external sales team to ensure all of the relevant data has been obtained, action taken and plans in place for follow up
* Seeking out new projects from our lead generating online database and from other lead sources.
* Building relationships with key contacts such as clients, architects and contractors. This will also include booking appointments for the external sales team.
* Following up with both the internal and external sales team to ensure additional project information is entered on each project such as feedback from meetings (e.g. literature and sample requirements), future events entered for following up calls/meetings and generally ensuring that all the current project data is updated where necessary.
* Coordinating reaction to incoming enquiries by ensuring the customer is serviced, the enquiry is maximised and all relevant team members are engaged
* Providing clients with an unparalleled level of customer service at all times

You will have:

* Experience of working within a similar role
* Excellent telephone manner
* Customer service focused
* Confident telephone skills, able to identifying and follow up leads
* Be commercially aware
* Excellent communication skills, be self motivated and able to work in a busy team environment
* Be IT literate, Knowledge of using a CRM would be highly advantageous - training will be provided
* Experience gained within a construction, manufacturing, distribution would be advantageous
* Due to location those wishing to apply MUST posses there own transport
* Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
