Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Network and Hosting, you will provide oversight and governance across all technical changes within their Hosting and Networks Infrastructure environment. Maintaining and improving value in line with overall IT strategy, you will deliver objectives within budget and timescales, adhering to acceptable risk.

Your duties as a Technical Change Manager will include but not be limited to the following:
-Coordination, support, and guidance of the planning and delivery of changes within Hosting and Networks
-Work in synergy with service integration, service operations, and service management to support the integrated end to end service operations across the supply chain, overseeing supplier performance against capacity and availability requirements, assuring technical quality of continuity and disaster recovery plans 
-Increase stakeholder confidence by setting in place a technical chance assurance approach, assuring the expected value of the delivery of technical changes within Hosting and Networks. 
-Maximise the value of suppliers by improving processes to increase efficiency, and developing solid working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
-Line management of allocated resources within the business

The Successful Applicant

The Technical Change Manager that I am looking for will be an exceptional communicator, who can easily demonstrate where they have delivered complex technical change within a traditional network and hosting, infrastructure and cloud environment.

You will be proactive, and be able to interact with numerous stakeholders across a complex IT landscape to gain necessary approvals and get things done.

You will have extensive experience overseeing and developing technical change assurance strategies, and have managed technical teams in the delivery of well governed technology change.

This will need to be made clear to the client upon submission of all applications.
