A great opportunity to join an industry leading organisations as an Office Administrator / Office Coordinator to support the smooth and effective running of the offices.
This is a varied role with potential for either progression into an Office Manager role or down a specific business support path.
Daily duties will include;
- Reception duties (being the first port of call for queries and deliveries, liaising with employees, suppliers)
- Responsible for the office layout and managing facilities, organising office and team moves as needed
- Managing post, booking couriers and helping with mail outs
- Occasionally booking travel arrangements and where required accommodation
- Ordering stationery and other business equipment
- Central supplies; ordering water, milk tea, coffee etc and stocking the tuck shop
- Issuing parking permits;
- Organising employee wellbeing events ie. pamper days and yoga, organising birthday cards and gifts and celebration lunches and events
- Bank reconciliations
- Supporting the HR Administrator as needed with booking out of equipment etc
