A successful boutique company in Sevenoaks is looking to recruit a candidate interested in Sciences with either a degree or Science A level to provide project administration support to their Client Services Team.
The role will involve;
- General team support
- updating status reports
- Monitoring project timelines
- Providing support for specific events
- Developing and collating meeting material
- Managing contracts/payments
- Contacting venues for space/accommodation etc
As a central resource to the team you will need to work in a methodical manner, have the ability to prioritise and have a high level of attention to detail within all documents and communications.
