Huntress are currently recruiting for customer service professionals to join our well established client based in Maidstone on a temp to perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, who is looking to progress within a business that will reward your hard work and enthusiasm.
The role includes but is not limited to:
* Answering inbound calls
* Dealing with general enquiries / queries via phone and email
* Dealing with customer complaints
* General administration duties
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, organised, calm and a confident and clear communicator.
Previous customer service experience is essential however we are willing to consider candidates from a retail background.
