If so we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our client on a permanent basis as a Learning and Development Coach!

Working within the Apprenticeship Department at this specialist vocational college, you will have the opportunity to maintain and train a caseload of up to 60 work based apprenticeship candidates.

This role offers 40 hours across a flexible working week and is paid at a very competitive salary + OTE.
Based in London.

About the Learning and Development Coach:
Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager within the Apprenticeship department, you will be coaching and training candidates by supervising standards and ensuring timely progression and completion of programme elements ready for their gateway assessment.


As the successful Learning and Development Coach you will:

* Deliver management coaching up to a Level 3 standard to support and develop apprentices.
* Visit apprentices in the workplace and assessing them as part of their Apprenticeship standard to ensure the successful outcome for the Apprenticeship in line with contractual requirements and targets.
* Deliver and assess English and maths where required for an apprentice and meet set target dates for completion.
* Carry out 8 weekly reviews with apprentices and their managers/mentors ensuring all party involvement.
* Ensure the delivery of training is in line with each client's needs and internal company objectives.
* Attend standardisation and development meetings as necessary to ensure current product and delivery knowledge is provided to the customer.
* Maintain and keep up to date electronic calendar/diary.
* Undertake other training activities, attend meetings and other reasonable requests to support the deployment and development of programmes.
* Maintain and record own CPD with regard to technical expertise and trainer-assessor skills.
* Comply with any related industry compliance standards (e.g. Health and Safety).
* Any other reasonable requests made by line management or directors.
