Do you have a high degree of written and spoken English and German?
If so, a highly professional travel company are looking for a German Speaking Tour Coordinator to handle the successful operation of their Europa tours.
Based in their head office, you will be responsible for the booking all services, acting as the main point of contact for the client. Excellent customer service and administration skills are paramount for this role as you will need to maintain high levels of communication with the client to ensure that the company’s guaranteed service levels and response times are achieved.
The key responsibilities for this diverse, fast paced role include: the confirmation of bookings; the arrangement of advance deposit payments and issue invoices; the maintenance of accurate rooming lists and regular updates from the customers; and ensuring that all the tour/supplier deadlines are met. Also, you will be required to assist the Europa team with the production of marketing material and trade show attendance.
