My client is a growing, award winning business looking to recruit a commercially astute accountant to join in a new role as Finance Business Partner.
The primary focus of the role is work across the different areas of the business, providing insightful financial advice and guidance as well as working closely with the Financial Controller in delivering timely management accounts with all associated analysis and commentary. You`ll also assist on annual budgets and forecasts and seek to ensure that all controls remain robust, with improvements implemented where appropriate. Working closely with non finance team members, you`ll support and critique new business proposals and report on costs and profitability.
Applications are sought from candidates either making a first move from practice or who have qualified in industry in an analytical role. You`ll need to be credible and engaging in person; able to communicate well with non finance staff in a clear and concise manner. The business is growing at quite a rate and there is scope for ongoing personal and professional development.
