A minimum 6 month contract for a Sales and Purchase Administrator has arisen for a prestigious organisation in central Maidstone.
The contract may extend past the initial 6 month duration, so some flexibility may be required.
The role will include processing supplier invoices and credits, reconciling supplier statements, resolving queries and completing back-office administration.
You will also be processing sales and cancellations, their related payment and refund, as well as dealing with customer queries by phone and letter. and general administration for the claims.
