International Sales Executive/Administrator

8:45 a.m. to 5.15 p.m.

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking for your next career move? Are you looking to combine you administrative flair with your aptitude for foreign languages? (Ideally Spanish or French). Would you like to work in a dynamic and busy environment for a well respected and successful company in Tonbridge? This is a varied and challenging role where you will be inputting International Sales Orders, updating the International Sales Forecast, verifying orders and preparing export documentation. You will also have the opportunity to manage International Sales Enquiries.
You will have a flair for communication and will excel at writing effective emails and communicating with clients over the telephone. You're proactive and flexible approach to work will enable you to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines with ease. You will have strong administration and computer skills and will love working in a busy office environment. You will not be a wallflower! This company needs confident people who are not afraid to give their opinion and who continuously strive to improve things.
