Your new role
This housing association is looking for an experienced Planned Maintenance Manager to join their team to manage projects between the values of £2m to £8m per annum. You will need to have sound technical knowledge of housing construction and repairs and be aware of building regulations in order to deliver the housing refurbishment works.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you will need to be experienced in planned maintenance work on a large scale within the housing sector, you will need proven experience of management with various forms of contracts such as TPC and JCT.


What you'll get in return
You will get a very competitive hourly rate of £31.90 per hour for a 35 hour week Monday to Friday
