Due to continued growth, this fast-paced, award-winning company is seeking a talented Junior Sales Executive. This is a varied role, servicing international promoters of concerts and festivals, leading sporting arenas and local events. The company has a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere with a great culture. Reporting to: Sales Director

Responsibilities:
• Manage and process all online orders
• Responsible for monitoring online chat
• Account manage existing smaller customers
• Manage the inbound sales enquiries
• Process sales for regular repeat orders
• Assist the sales team

Main Tasks related to role:
• Manage online orders:
Process all online orders and ensure correct details are entered onto the sales system. Keeping customers informed, maintaining excellent levels of service and customer satisfaction.
• Online chat:
Responsible for monitoring and responding to customer queries. An extremely important and essential first impression of the company.
• Account Management :
Process email, website and telephone enquiries from small existing or new customers. Follow up responses if unanswered and provide sample packs. Give clear and accurate pricing and product information. Send and chase customers for artwork mock ups where required. Working closely with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to ensure any new opportunities are identified and acted upon.
• Manage the inbound sales enquiries:
Forward requests from existing customers to relevant account managers. Forward invoice queries to the accounts team. Manage small enquiries, guiding customers through the online process and providing bespoke quotes. Forward large or complex new business enquiries to the new business team. Ensure all enquiries in the sales inbox are completed quickly and efficiently. This is often the first impression customers get of the company and it is vital this is a positive experience.
• Repeat Customers:
Process sales for regular repeat customers. Take telephone sales, manage repeat business. Raise orders on our CRM system, take and record credit card payments, send order confirmation and support the credit control process. Provide clear and accurate pricing and product information.
• Assist Sales Team:
Assist Business Development Managers and Account Managers with ad-hoc requests. Develop a strong rapport with both customers and colleagues.

Other tasks not related to role:
• Liaise with production team to resolve issues
• Liaise with artwork department to chase approvals for orders
• Keep clients updated on awaiting stock items and expected new deliveries
• Ad-hoc requests where the business need arises

Characteristics required for the role and ID&C:
• Customer focused
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent customer service & telephone manor
• Excellent organisational skills with the flexibility to meet changing priorities as needs dictate
• Ability to assimilate a number of tasks, adhere to strict deadlines and work methodically
• Work well under pressure
• Must have excellent Excel, Word and online knowledge
• Knowledge of Sage 200 would be beneficial but not essential
• Ability to form and sustain outstanding working relationships internally and externally at a variety of levels
• A team player with first-rate analytical and communicational skills
• Ability to work under your own initiative
• A good sense of humour

Working hours:
8.30am – 5.30pm. Occasionally outside of these hours as the needs of the business require.
