We are currently looking to recruit Flexible Customer Service Advisors to join our Crayford based client within their busy period.
Must be able to start immediately!
Shifts to include:
• 8am – 4pm
• 8am – 12pm
• 11am – 7pm
• 3pm – 7pm
You must have excellent telephone and communication skills and attention to detail as this role involves recording accurate information and providing guidance to the general public over the phone.
Your Key duties and responsibilities:
• Answer telephone & maintaining call log along with recording accurate messages
• Provide telephone support for new and existing customers
• Preparing forms, saving files, scanning, drafting letters and completing customer documentation
• Managing incoming and outgoing post and email
Office/IT Skills:
• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
Personal Skills:
• Working on own initiative and unsupervised
• Excellent organisation and file handling skills
• Must have excellent telephone manner
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to multi task
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must have good communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Administration in an office environment required
The wage per hour will be depending on age and experience.
