Customer Service Advisor job, Dartford, up to £22,000 per annum, working for a Fire Prevention company.

Your new company
This fire prevention company based in Dartford are looking for a new member to join their customer service team to support the business, due to an increased work flow.

Your new role
You will be joining a small but experienced customer service team, who are the first point of contact for all customer orders and queries. You will be responsible for ensuring all orders are processed and delivered correctly using Navision and liaising closely with the logistics team, monitoring the process from start to finish. Where any problems may arise you will be expected to resolve issues efficiently and professionally, providing the highest level of customer service. You will also be required to gain a strong knowledge of products offered, so that you are able to make recommendations to customers. You will be logging all records of products ordered and ensuring all relevant paperwork and payment information is correct. There will also be a variation of ad-hoc administrative duties.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment will get you off to a flying start in your new role. Your confidence to speak to customers over the phone and deal with complaints and queries, will be a perfect fit for this team. You must be PC literate with a good eye for detail and be proficient on Microsoft Office packages. Experience using Navision is beneficial, however any experience using a similar order processing or CRM system is also great. A background knowledge of fire protection, manufacturing, construction or technical services would also be a massive bonus. Must be a flexible team player that can work under pressure.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum. You will be working in an easily accessible office with onsite parking available. Your working hours will be 8:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday. 25 days holiday. You will enjoy working with a fast-paced but welcoming customer service team.
