Call Response Administrator - Award Winning Insurance Company
Location -Sundridge, Sevenoaks area
Salary £17,500
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Are you a confident individual looking for an administrative and customer service based role within a lively team?
The Company

They are currently recruiting for a Broker Response Insurance Administrator in their busy and lively team in Sundridge office. You will be supporting their existing team, answering incoming calls from our brokers and customers and dealing with changes and amendments to motor policies. You will be working for a dynamic and fast paced group and given an opportunity to receive first class training and coaching within a supportive environment.
You will be working with the Broker Response administration team within a friendly office environment and the job role will consist of:
Responsibilities:
- Administer changes to policies
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Deal with customer incoming post and emails
- Maintain client records, making clear notes
- General administration tasks as required
- Liaise with brokers in relation to the company`s insurance needs
- Answering the phone and dealing with queries and requests from brokers, customers and other departments
- Take part in technical and soft skills training as part of your personal development
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Good IT skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Happy working in a lively team
- Ability to deal with incoming and outgoing calls after training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills
