Receptionist / Administrator
Based in Sevenoaks
Salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Contribution towards parking
Status are currently working in Partnership with a corporate organisation based in Sevenoaks. This company is a large organisation with a numerous offices scattered around the UK.
Are you looking to join a well-known and established company? Do you have some receptionist/ Administrating experience? Do you want to work in an excellent location close to restaurants, shops and other facilities? If the answer is yes then this is the perfect position for you!
This opportunity will suit someone with some office experience looking for their next career step or an experienced candidate who is tired of commuting and is looking for a position closer to home and less demanding!
The duties will include:
* Reception duties
* Meeting and greeting customers
* Answering the switch board
* Admin duties including: post, filing and maintaining record
* Stationary stock is refilled
* Scanning and photocopying
* Keeping areas clean and tidy
* Dealing with confidential information
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly presentable
* Good Microsoft skills
