A well- known insurance firm in Kings Hill have multiple opportunities for individuals who are confident and hardworking to join their Claims Protection and Customer Service teams as an Administrator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals of all abilities, and with all levels of experience as their are vacancies for both Apprentice Administrators and Experienced Business Support Administrators.
Responsibilities include:
*Provide administrative support to Claims/ Customer Service Operation
*Ensure all incoming post is scanned and indexed accurately, allocated in a timely
manner, in accordance with departmental procedures and standards.
*Ensure daily system-generated workloads are actioned promptly and efficiently and in
accordance with departmental deadlines.
*Check and approve claims received from the Customer Service Team daily.
*Manage letters to ensure they are produced and collated to ensure postal deadlines
are met and client requirements are adhered to.
*Filing.
*Check and replenish stock.
Ideally you will have:
*Strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to work to deadline
*Effective communication skills
*Good MS Office application knowledge
*Previous administration/ business support experience
Salary: £15,000 - £16,000 (experienced) £11,000 (apprentice)
Hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm / 8.30am - 4.30pm
