Are you an experienced Hotel Receptionist looking for a new challenge within a four star hotel and spa?
New Appointments Group are recruiting on behalf of a four start hotel and spa who are looking for a experienced Night Front Office Receptionist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
* Ensure the smooth running of the front desk operations such as check in/ check out,
* Processing incoming reservations,
* Make sure all rates and rate codes are correct in the system,
* Deal with Guest issues in a appropriate manner,
* Assist with other departments when required,
* Complete banking and cash float reconciliation at the end of each night shift.
To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of one years experience as a receptionist within a hotel, you must also be available to work evenings and weekends between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
