We are searching for a Warehouse Administrator on behalf of a key client in Folkestone initially for a 4 week period. It is likely this could continue beyond the initial 4 week period.
Hours of work:
This is a full time role, ie. 8am – 4pm but the client can be flexible in relation to the hours worked.
We are ideally looking for an individual who has worked within a warehouse environment/setting who can complete general related administrative duties.
Whilst training on the system etc will be provided, you will require good communication skills, must be organised, able to use Word and basic Excel (ie. update spreadsheets with information).
You will be handling telephone calls and emails for booking in deliveries
Managing the delivery schedule
Booking stock onto the system
Tracking of parcels in and liaising with people to come and pick them up
Tracking of incoming non-stock pallets
Inputting figures relating to Waste
Maintaining the diary
Training on the above will be provided
