Customer Services Receptionist
9-12 month temporary contract (maternity cover)
Silent Gliss Ltd are the leading global supplier of motorised and manual curtain and blind systems in the high quality market.
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic receptionist to join the Customer Services Team at our UK Head Office in Broadstairs, Kent.
If you are a team player with excellent admin and customer service skills, have an eye for detail and a friendly personality, this could be for you.
Duties will include:
• Typing quotes and letters, issuing reports, organising mail shots and processing orders
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Booking and preparing meeting rooms, organising refreshments and catering
• Answering and directing calls via switchboard in a polite and friendly manner
• Covering other receptionists for sickness and annual leave
• General office support and admin duties as required
You will have the following skills:
• Enthusiastic, confident and friendly personality
• Experience of working in a professional customer focused environment
• Ability to multi task, deal with interruptions, work to tight deadlines and prioritise
• Calm under pressure
• A good team player, with commitment to excellence in everything you do
• First class administration skills, a good eye for detail and high level of numeracy and literacy
• Fully proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Educated to GCSE grade A*- D in English and Maths (or equivalent qualification)
The Package:
• Salary dependent on experience
• Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.15pm
• The Company operates an auto-enrolment pension scheme
• 21 days pro rata holiday
