This is a fantastic opportunity to have a career with a leading Estate Agent who are looking for a Lettings Negotiator for their busy branch in Dartford.

My client, is looking for someone driven and passionate about lettings to join their team. They can offer quick progression to the right candidate, as they have vast office presence in and around Kent.

Duties:

Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
Conducting market appraisals
Introducing new properties to applicants
Matching customer needs for renting & letting of properties
Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
Showing people around properties in the local area
General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input
Canvassing/door-knocking

Requirements:

You must have a full, clean UK licence
Excellent communication skills
You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
You will be articulate
You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
You will have good interpersonal and people skills
You will be well-presented and professional in appearance
Residential lettings experience preferred however not essential
You must enjoy over-achieving targets and providing excellent levels of customer service to excel in this role.
