Go Resource are looking for a Customer Service Agent to support our growing team based in Maidstone, Kent.
Candidate Type
Ideally this would suit a candidate that has worked in recruitment previously and is looking for the next step in their career or be someone from a customer service so that you have an understanding how to manage peoples expectations.
Job Description
The role itself would require you to manage the following:
* Recriuting of temporary workers
* Coordination of temporary workers at multiple clients
* Dealing with workers concerns in an effective and timely manner
* Be able to multitask efficently
* Have own transport to be able to visit clients
Desirable
You must have the ability to communicate both verbally and written at all levels, be self-motivated and have excellent PC skills. Must be able to multi task with drive and determination to succeed alongwith exceptional attention to detail and to deliver.
This is a temp to perm posistion for the right candidate
