PERMANENT – FULL-TIME and PART-TIME positions
£7.15 per hour or *the National Living Wage of £7.50 per hour for 25yrs+
equivalent to £14,544 or £15,255* per annum for 39 hours per week

We are looking for responsible and reliable individuals whose key duties will be ensuring that our swimmers are safe and our customers are looked after, whilst also keeping the centre clean and preparing the activity areas for our busy programme.

You should possess maturity and a common sense approach, coupled with enthusiasm and a strong customer focus.

Applicants will ideally hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ). However, unqualified applicants for the full-time positions will be considered if they are able to demonstrate the right attitude and strong swimming ability, in which case funding will be available to achieve the NPLQ.

Successful qualified applicants will be eligible to apply for a refund of any self-funded NPLQ qualification fee in accordance with Active Life’s policy.
