P&J are looking for an organised and motivated, Sales Administrator to join our busy sales team in Queenborough.
Duties
• Sales order processing, from small items for immediate despatch to large projects. Sending all documentation to clients for each order.
• Taking telephone enquiries and orders and recording them accurately.
• Ensuring that orders are appropriately progressed.
• Referring to stock codes and prices of components.
• Creating and issuing quotation documents and preparing and sending quotations on behalf of sales reps.
• Resolving client queries.
• Liaising with credit control ensuring all orders are processed with credit limits.
Required Experience & Qualifications
We are ideally seeking someone who has experience of working in a busy sales office and who’s primary role has been to raise quotations and process orders. You will be a strong character and effective team player, accompanied by first rate sales and customer service skills. Have a confident telephone manor, strong numeracy skills and demonstrable ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Sage Accounts (Line 50) advantageous as well as CRM database management.
• Knowledge and previous use of Microsoft Office 365
• You must have at least 5 years office experience
• You must have at least 5 GCSE’s, grade A* - C, including English & Maths
Personal Qualities and Attributes
Common sense. Excellent numeracy, and literacy. The ability to follow instructions, ask relevant questions and then work on own initiative from time to time as skills progress. An eye for accuracy and technical detail. You should be eager to learn and progress, keen to develop a career. Punctual and able to work well within a team. Take pride in a job well done. Tidy methodical worker who takes care of their work.
