Administrator/ Receptionist working for a long established engineering export company whose primary functions will be:
* To administer all incoming calls and faxes
* To ensure all incoming emails are suitably logged and forwarded to the correct person/file.
* To undertake arrangements of all of the company travel and procurement of accommodation.
* Document Distribution
* Maintenance of the Sales data base.
* Monthly email chase of outstanding quotations
* Quotation and Sales order filing.
* Support for the commercial department.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a professional, friendly and approachable manner coupled with the ability to communicate with staff and customers at all levels, especially when under pressure. Be able to work using their own initiative, showing attention to detail and customer focus, with a good understanding of the clients needs and priorities. Able to communicate in writing at all levels, displaying good email etiquette, excellent customer service skills and a good telephone manner. Must be a supportive team player who is reliable and respects others.

Previous switchboard experience preferred with the experience of the core Microsoft Office package essential.
