ID&C is an established award winning business based in Tunbridge Wells that supplies wristbands and accreditation to some of the world’s largest music festivals and sporting events. We are expanding and looking for talented individuals to join a fast paced and expanding company with growth potential. Digital marketing is a core focus for ID&C and we are looking for an experienced individual to come on board.
Responsibilities
1) Digital marketing & E-commerce
2) Website maintenance and UX (Magento)
3) Digital advertising, PPC, email & online promotions
4) Social Media & Digital PR
5) Online market research
6) Product photography & graphic design
7) SEO
8) Online product development
9) Reporting
Main Tasks related to role:
1) Day to day management of the company’s UK and Spanish websites, including digital assets, web copy, image editing, live chat, analytics and reporting.
2) Management of external agencies.
3) Management of the company’s social media channels, including planning, strategy, content creation, advertising and promotions that drive valuable traffic to the company website.
4) Email marketing: maintaining email marketing data, including data capture, analytics and segmentation. Creating digital email campaigns and automations using Dotmailer. Testing and executing successful email campaigns that drive leads and online revenue.
5) SEO optimised content marketing; planning, creation and execution of online content including blogs, videos, competitions, surveys, infographics.
6) Offline marketing, including, sponsorship, events, printed ad copy channels, and supporting the Marketing Manager in planning and strategy.
Other tasks not related to role:
• Support the UK, Spanish and US sales teams with marketing collateral and communications
• Work with the design team to maintain high standard of internal marketing materials and branding.
Personal characteristics required by role:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self motivated
• Impeccable organisation and time management
• Creative, with the ability to ‘get the job done’
• Proven technical ability across multiple digital disciplines
• Ability to learn on the job and apply skills that bring value to the business
