Mission Aviation Fellowship International (MAF I) is a not-for-profit, Christian organisation whose mission is to fly light aircraft to bring help and hope to people in some of the world’s poorest communities. Every three minutes a MAF aircraft is taking off or landing somewhere in the world to assist missions, churches, aid and development agencies and other national groups to share the love of God.

We are looking for a Prince 2 or equivalent qualified Recruitment Application Project Manager (RAPM). The post-holder will be responsible for identifying and implementing a suitable applicant tracking system for use in the organisation’s busy HR department.

This will be achieved by liaising with multiple international stakeholders, creating the appropriate specification documentation, investigating and identifying potential technology solutions and managing the implementation and integration process which will include the training of staff.

Previous experience of recruitment technologies is essential as is the ability to be analytical, organised and precise. Understanding of ITIL methodologies is also desirable. This is a 6 month fixed term role so the ability to work to a tight deadline is crucial. Part time will be considered. They must also be sympathetic to our Christian ethos.
