Purpose of the role

Opportunity to lead and manage a high profile award winning service, funded by the National Lottery, focused on improving wellbeing for older people.
You will be joining at a pivotal and exciting time for the service, with a new four year business plan, and a new and expanded team. We are seeking someone highly organised, efficient and diligent with exceptional project management skills, who has the confidence and leadership ability to shape the service, produce and report on exceptional results and maximise new opportunities.
A good understanding of systems, IT, finances, project management and reporting is important, as is empathy with the needs of older people and a commitment to the work of Involve and working collaboratively with colleagues and volunteers. Please note that you will need a driving licence and the use of a car for this role.

This position is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. A DBS check will be required for this role
