SALARY £16k BASIC + OTE UP TO £30,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to have a career with a respected and established Estate Agency who are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator for their busy branch in GRAVESEND. Gravesend market has hit an all time high and therefore my client are looking for someone who is ready and willing to jump in the deep end and show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone with a desire to work towards targets in a competitive environment.

In return you will be responsible for:

Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties
Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
Progressing sales
Showing people around properties in the local area
General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input

Requirements:

Residential sales experience in essential - ideally 1 year
You will have good interpersonal and people skills
You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
You will be pro-active and willing to go the extra mile
You will be articulate and well-presented
You must enjoy canvassing & door-knocking
You must have a full, clean UK licence and own car
You will be professional in appearance

You must be a sales negotiator with at least 6 months+ residential estate agency sales experience and be used to working in a targeted environment, enjoy over-achieving targets and providing excellent levels of customer service.
