Senior Java Spring Developer - Work from Home Opportunity

Our well established client is expanding its product offering and require a Senior Java Developer to assist in the evolution of their existing systems, alongside the development of new Greenfield projects. There is an opportunity to work from home circa 4 days a week. You will occasionally need to be fully office based so must live within a reasonable commute of Sittingbourne.
The project will utilise several technologies and techniques including; Micro-Services, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Spring Boot, Activiti (BPMN), MongoDB, MYSQL, Apache Ignite (Data Grid), Lucene, Rest, JSON, Angular 4, etc.
Role Requirements
Essential
- Excellent knowledge of Spring v3+ or Spring Boot
- Experience creating Enterprise Web Applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional problem solving ability
- Self Disciplined
Desirable
- Experience in Micro-services
- MongoDB
- MySQL or any other SQL Database
- Angular 4
- Apache Ignite (or similar data grid experience)
- Lucene
- Messaging and Messaging Patterns - RabbitMQ (or other message broker)
- Kafka (or other eventing framework)
- Activiti (or other BPMN framework)
- Testing Frameworks (Unit Testing, Integration Testing)
