This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Accounts Manager to work in an established and rapidly expanding accounts and audit team.

You will have the responsibility to lead, manage, develop and coach your team. Reviewing their work to ensure quality and compliance with professional accounting standards. A highly rewarding role which will suit an experienced and qualified practice manager who wants to channel their energy into team success. You be part of the management team making a significant contribution to the company’s success.

You will quickly assume full responsibility for the management of a portfolio of existing clients, including high net worth individuals. The work will involve preparation and review of statutory accounts and co-ordinating the delivery of high quality services tailored to clients, which will mainly be mid-corporates and SMEs

Previous experience in a Practice environment is essential, and ideally you will have completed your ACA or ACCA qualification. A good level of IT literacy is required, especially: Sage 50, QuickBooks, Xero and SAPA.

It is expected that you will quickly make an impact in the practice, so excellent verbal and written communications skills, along with a high level of organisation should be evident. Confident and outgoing with clients, friendly and sociable with a sense of humor and flexible approach to work.
