Our CAF Bank division is seeking a highly motivated, pro-active, experienced team leader to work within our Fraud, Reconciliation and Card (FRAC) team.
Supporting the FRAC Team manager with the day to day operations and team management, you will be responsible for a team of four. It will be your responsibility to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective service to our customer base ensuring that all areas of fraud management, monitoring, investigations and prevention are completed within regulatory and internal timeframes.
Essential to this role are effective leadership skills, enabling you to coach and develop your team to the highest standards, as well as the ability to motivate teams within a customer service environment. As a good team player you will have the drive and positive attitude to succeed and the aptitude to motivate yourself and others to achieve targets.
Ideally you will have a strong background in retail banking or card payment services and fraud investigation, experience dealing with card, cheque and other transactional fraud. You will also have good analytical skills to detect current and emerging fraud trends.
The role is required to cover both beginning and end of day processes each day and flexibility will be required for start and finish times.
