CXK is currently seeking an experienced Team Leader for the Training and Mentoring programme, we are looking to recruit a passionate, hardworking and flexible individual to join our Prince’s Trust Team Programme staff in Mid Kent. Ideally the candidate will be able to start early September and attend Team Leader training residential week away from Monday 25th – 29th September with the 12 week programme starting on the 6th November.


As a Team Leader you will help the young people:

•Stimulate and promote effective independent learning for young people of all levels of ability

•Design and deliver training appropriate for a broad range of learners

•Offer appropriate information, advice, guidance and mentoring, where needed, to young people that will enable their personal, social and employability development

•Deliver CXK provision through high quality teaching and learning and, in line with the CXK quality cycle, the requirements, guidance and learning outcomes from funding partner organisations

•Liaise with multiple agencies to build links that will enable the success of CXK provision, support young people we work with and aid their achievement of positive outcomes

**This role is fixed term from early September 2017 until Februray 2018 however there is the potential to be extended or converted into a permanent role**
