We require an enthusiastic and accurate individual to join our accounts team within the Delga Group.
Based on the Medway City Estate in Rochester, The Delga Group is a major supplier of printed materials to the entertainments industry and the National Health Service.
Job Title: Invoicing Clerk
Main Role:
To check and process Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger Invoices on our Tharstern Management Information System, general filing duties and Reception switchboard cover as and when necessary.
This role will suit a self-motivated person, who can work well as part of a team. You must be able to work to tight deadlines, work well under pressure and have a keen eye for detail.
Candidate Profile:
• Accounts Office Experience
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
• Experience of the Tharstern system would be advantageous, but not essential
• Keen to learn new systems and processes
