My successful client is looking for a part-time car parking attendant to work in a busy working environment.

Job Purpose :

To ensure organised, safe and secure parking is maintained for all visitors
To assist the PDI team to move and unload car deliveries and in times of peak demand.
To ensure all those entering or leaving the dealership have actual reason or authority.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

*Greet all customers in a professional manner, to deal with all visitors in a prompt and courteous manner in order to maintain good
relationships with customers and suppliers
*Valet parking daily Customer service cars between the hours of 07.30-10.00am
*To ensure all vehicles entering the car park are directed to appropriate parking bays making certain no cars are blocking access
*Maintain suitable and organised parking ensuring best use of space
*To ensure all persons are directed to the correct place
*Ensure the car park is clear and ordered every morning, with any unnecessary vehicles moved to enable as many free spaces as possible available for customer usage
*To assist the PDI team to move and unload car deliveries and in times of extremis.
*To maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the car park area
*Collect sales cars when asked by a Sales Manager and agreed by Service Manager
*To notify Management immediately when suspicious of any vehicle or person
*To promote, at all times the professional image of the dealership to ensure that Brand Values are upheld
*Any other reasonable duties as required
