Job Role :

* To manage the varied activities of the Service Department teams to achieve profit targets, plans and budgets.
* To have thorough knowledge of the complete product range and have knowledge of our competitors.
* Provide guidance and training to the Team Managers to improve their performance and ensure that all Service staff are doing their jobs effectively and confidently.
* Monitor and ensure that the completion of all Service related paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
* Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with our manufacturing partners
* To oversee the effective and efficient organisation and staffing of the department, completing monthly 121 reviews in a timely manner
* Ensure that the Reservations team are answering all calls, customer's queries promptly identified and bookings made to maximise availability and efficiency of Technician's time.
* To ensure that the Technicians and STMs communicate professionally and effectively to the Reservations team to improve on customer service

Your Experience :

* You MUST have five year's previous experience working in a premium brand franchised motor-trade environment
* You will have previous experience as a Technician and or an STM leading a high-functioning team
* Proven leadership and people development skills
* Strong business acumen, negotiation and closing skills
* You will have excellent IT skills and be competent in all areas of Kerridge and Cutol
* Valid clean UK Driving Licence
