My client, an already successful Estate Agency in Chatham is looking for an enthusiastic SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / LETTINGS VALUING MANAGER to join their market leading office.

Key Skills:

Conducting Market Appraisals
Assisting with viewings and applicant registrations
Dealing with landlords and prospective tenants
Strong negotiation skills
Resilient canvassing skills
Administration duties

Requirements:

2 years+ experience in residential lettings
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of the local area
Able to work under pressure
Full UK driving licence & own car
Well-presented and professional appearance
Good attention to detail and organised
