Brief Job Description Your primary objective is to contact companies within trade industry sectors to offer advertising for their business. You will be required to sell advertising space which will lead to you achieving your targets and bonuses.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes;
• Telesales experience is preferable but not essential to the role as full training will be given
• Be able to work on their own initiative, i.e. sourcing your own leads and following them through to close
• Be able to meet tight deadlines
• Be able to hit and exceed targets set out by the management team
• Be able to work well as part of a team and share best practises
• Must be able to think on your feet
Hours of Work 35 hours per week Monday – Friday - 9am-5pm, (1 Hour for lunch each day 1:00pm – 2:00pm)
Salary National Minimum Wage / Basic + generous uncapped bonus structure.
