Role Insight
We’re looking for people to join the Watchfinder team that want to work in a fun and unique company, which takes pride in its exemplary customer service ratings.
Due to continued expansion, Watchfinder is currently seeking individuals that are Multi Lingual in speaking and writing French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch to join our busy customer service/Sales department.
Our sales and customer service department provide excellent customer service to our clientele by resolving queries and be the first point of contact for all sales enquiries.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
• Responding to customer emails via outlook.
• Responding to customer enquiries via the phone
• Support with ad-hoc queries across the departments
• Contacting customers via telephone and email to respond to enquiries submitted via our website
• Dealing with enquiries via incoming call
• Negotiating sales of watches (Often with a part exchange involved) to secure a deal with the best possible margin
• Managing ongoing pipeline of enquiries via a diary system to maximise conversion
• Managing “live” orders post payment and dealing with after sales queries from your customers
• Dealing with customers in person who visits the showroom to view or collect a watch
About you…
• Ability to take in technical information
• Passionate about delivering customer service
• Bilingual and Fluent in speaking and writing the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch.
• Willing to learn how to use a variety of bespoke IT systems
• Positive and engaging communication skills
• Results Driven
• Problem solving
• Highly organized
• The ability to prioritise own workload.
• Strong communication skills
• Experience of telesales
