Rapport Housing & Care is one of Kent’s leading providers of Sheltered and Residential Care to older people with physical frailty and Dementia.

We are recruiting for a suitably qualified Lead Night Carer with proven leadership abilities to inspire and lead a team of night care staff 15 & 3/4 hours a week (average over a month) on a rota basis.

We go out of our way to give the residents in our care homes the best care 24 hours a day, every day.
