We are now recruiting for a Sales Team Manager working within our Contact Centre. Great team building skills are essential for this position as you will be responsible for the direction, motivation and performance of a team of Sales Agents.
You will maintain and develop knowledge and skills of the team, taking responsibility for the team's productivity, KPIs and performance issues.
This role involves effective day to day deployment of staff resources in order to match call demand, maximising efficiency and achieve agreed Service Level KPIs across the P&O Ferries Contact Centre operation.
To be considered for this role, it is essential you have:
- Experience of operating and maintaining a Workforce Management System for a minimum of 100 staff
- Proven experience in a quality or sales driven Contact Centre
- Experience using Contact Centre tools such as Cisco UCCX/Avaya/Teleopti
- The ability to balance a heavy workload and aggressive timescales whilst having a high attention to detail
It would also be an advantage if you have:
- Previous travel industry experience
- Fluency in another European language
