Digital Coordinator
We have a very exciting opportunity for a Digital Coordinator to join our client on a Maternity Cover Contract based in Ashford, Kent. This is a truly fantastic chance to showcase your digital capabilities and strategies for a growing and highly reputable organisation.
The key to the role is to understand the Company’s goal and purpose, to enhance the Company’s reputation and performance, whilst maintaining extensive knowledge of current sector market conditions and implementing initiatives. You will need to be competent in actively updating social media, adding tweets, blogs etc.
You must have outstanding Internal and External Customer Service Excellence to carry out the following:-
• Build strong and effective relationships with all clients / review processes & performance issues and areas for improvement, agree action plans, timelines and document / communicate as appropriate
• Share information to enhance relationships and business objectives
• Regularly communicate with all clients by phone and email
•
You need to have the ability to follow processes and reporting:
• Assist with the development and implementation of new products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities using specific industry literature
• Keep order systems fully updated at all times; Process orders daily / Add new stock brochures and remove and replace out of date ones / Invoice all clients monthly / Update stats and circulate monthly / Send fortnightly email to consumer database highlighting new stock
• Manage mailer bookings / Request client artwork / Raise print order and liaise with print room

• Do you have the ability to stay calm under pressure, good time management, organisational skills and ability to keep to deadlines along with excellent attention to detail
• Strong and effective inter-personal skills; able to get on with people at all levels

• Ambitious both personally and for the company, with the ability to spot an opportunity and follow it through
• Seek and respond positively to change and challenges
• Highly professional approach to all aspects of work and personal presentation
• Flexible approach, willing to go the extra mile with enthusiasm and commitment
• Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work using own initiative
