Our client's is looking for a Head Chef to join their dynamic and busy team in their new restaurant in Sittingbourne. You will be joining a new team, that you will manage and produce food to high standards.
They already have a restaurant in Canterbury and are expanding their quality brand.
You will be responsible for:
Procurement of produce
Regular creation of menus
Lead and inspire your team
Set rotas
Ensure hygiene of the kitchen is maintained to the highest standard
Hygiene policies are maintained and executed
You are required to be a good communicator and able to work well within a busy environment and as a team and to be creative in your approach to all aspects of the kitchen.
