We are currently recruiting for a Coach and Group Travel Agent reporting directly to the Group Travel Services Manager.
Within this role you will provide a high level of service to customers with regard to new bookings, amendments and general information to the public and coach operators to maximise revenue
You will also ensure that tasks are handled effectively and to the satisfaction of all parties concerned in line with KPIs.
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of dealing with the general public and operators via telephone
- Basic pc skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- A high attention to detail
- Exceptional customer relationship skills
Ideally you will also have:
- Previous office experience
- Time management skills
- A full valid passport
