Our Client is a well known leading leisure operator, with successful restaurants, hotels and pubs within the Thanet area. They are looking for someone to join their busy restaurant in Broadstairs.
As Sous Chef you will be responsible for all the Head Chef's duties in their absence so must be able to confidently run a kitchen and team. You will need to produce food to high standards, advise head chef when stock needs replenishing, ensure a clean, hygienic environment, write up menus and lead the team.
You must be able to work under pressure and take over in the Head Chef's absence. You must be creative, passionate about cuisine and be able to work under pressure.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary; 28 days holiday as well as working for a dynamic and progressive team.
