We're always looking for amazing people to work for our family run business; the JCB Group.
In particular, we're looking for passionate, customer orientated people to work at making our customers' experience with us the very best they can be.
At the moment, we have a vacancy for a Service Advisor in Ashford, Orbital Park to book our customers' vehicles into the Workshop for their MOT, service or repair, keeping them updated with the progress of their vehicle, taking payment and really offering them a first class service.
This role is very busy and challenging, so we're looking for an experienced Service Advisor, preferably from a main dealer background (although this is not essential) to look after our customers from start to finish.
You will be an approachable and friendly person, with a strong determination to do the best job you can, and aren't afraid to seek out upselling opportunities.
